I've been involved in the industrial construction trades for almost 30 years. It is a great pleasure to know that there are still a few true professionals still involved in our industry. Today I received a Sugar Granulator and the driver and escort where among the tops as professionals could be. The load - difficult - top heavy - and long was delivered with great care. The truck is within an inch of where we laid it out off of the Blue-prints.

My hats off to ya'. I enjoy working with great people - they make me shine and I look better than I really am.

Thanks again and I hope we have the pleasure of your people again. The driver's name is Jim Roberts and his escort is Mike ? sorry did not catch the last name. Jim could not have done it any better - Perfect!!

Pat I really do appreciate the professionalism that you and your drivers demonstrated. Both drivers did an outstanding job. They were very helpful and accommodating to work with us to get these vessels unloaded. They were very customer focus and did everything they could to make sure the project was a success.

I received on October 30-31 seven truck loads, which was all together 133 metric/tons, at TenCate in Pendergrass, Georgia.  The trucks arrived in time.  The loads were very well strapped down and secure on the trailers.  All of the drivers were very nice and very helpful during the unloading of all the crates.  It was a pleasure to work with Superior Transportation.  I hope we will have more business with your company in the future.

Just wanted to let you both know that I sincerely appreciate the work involved in getting this accomplished.  You have no idea how I sweated this yesterday especially after I was told that the load must be there at 9am.  The company I attempted to work with is no longer in my scope of possible carriers - they have led me astray for the last time.

I spoke to the customer and he said the driver is in the area and everything is going well.  Again my sincere appreciation - you have taken a huge weight off my shoulders...again.

Just wanted to take a minute and tell you that the transformer delivery to Webster N.C. this past Wednesday went better than expected, largely due to good coordination on the part of your dispatchers and your driver "Bob".  There apparently were some mechanical troubles along the way but they were handled extremely well and the delivery still arrived on schedule.  The delivery site was very tight and dealing with true professionals was a pleasure.  Thanks again.

Dear Pat, I just wanted to pass along a compliment I received from Buddy Adams, owner of Adams Machinery Movers in Ellenwood, GA this morning.  He received the load of precision machinery this morning which your driver loaded at Ocean Terminal in Savannah yesterday.  He has been having problems with his customers complaining about drivers not tarping their machines adequately and causing the foil wrap to tear, exposing the machine to the weather.  He called this morning to let me know the driver was on site on-time and his tarp job was excellent and to say thanks for a job well done.  Please tell Jack Fanning I appreciate him making us (and Superior) look good to our customer.

Superior Transportation has been the sole hauler for my Reinforced Concrete Pipe, because they express quality in every facet of the delivery.  I take pride in my product and entrust my hauler to do the same.  In a way they are one of my strongest selling points in that they are reliable and my customers depend on that everyday.

Per:
As you know at 1115 today we had to make an adjustment in the discharge of cases because of the HL Crane delay!!
We took the Container Crane gang on lifts and went on Lumber discharge.  We had originally set up discharge and trucks for 1700 hours Pat could have easily just waited and extended the operation but instead rallied with 6 trucks and will have more shortly. Darryl took his labor from a regular operation and put them on Lumber discharge. Of course Greg Bird has been jumping thru hoops for two days and to him this is normal!!!! I just wanted to let you know that the coordination here is Charleston from Three separate entities is phenomenal which I am sure you know , and I wanted to thank all parties for their above and beyond attitude.
